45 x 10, x 8, clean grip, working on getting all fingers on the bar
Back Squat
done to very low box (1 sandbag, 1 board and 3 plates). About 1/2 height of tib/fib

--done to see how my mobility is coming along, done barefoot
in the past I was barely able to squat to a standard 17 inch box without pain/tightness
adductors were a little sore later---need to work on more asym/wider lower body work in the future

felt tired and everything started to test worse, felt like I went off a cliff
