And had to ditch the KB)

Push ups (fast)
BW x 12,12, 7
Abs hard to keep in tall spine at times

Ring Rows
Palms down
Feet up, BW x 12, 10, 10

Increased calories
BF at 14.0, so up a bit
Ab and subscap measurements up
Correlates once again to stress levels--go figure

Out with friends that night for a wedding ceremony
Had a beer and dancing,
Nice dinner of salmon, spinach, fresh bread and green beans
