Bike sprints (stationary sit up bike)
4 min warm up
20 sec ON (pedal like hell > 120rpm at level of about 25)
1:40 OFF (mod rate at about a level of 8)
4 rounds

--very slight Left knee pain over the knee cap aftwards.

Later evening
1 mile walk with Jodie
10% meal--homemade pesto chicken pizza--tasty!!
