It was a beautiful weekend and monday was 72 F outside!!

felt tired and everything tested well, and then just went off a cliff
decide to test snatches--tested great and felt good! First time in a long long time!
Left forearm pain has been gone for 5 days now
5 minute Snatch 24 kg, multiple hand switches and set done during set
only went to RPE of 7
62 reps total, avg HR 144 during 5 minutes
---not where I need to be by a long shot, but for not having done it for many many months I was pretty happy. Avg HR for me was relatively low too, movement tested well at the end too
