11_10 Asymetric Push Pull RE

Was feeling kind of messed up. Need to figure out a better computer set up at work

55 minutes of Z Heath
really working on slow/mod 6 pos ankle circles, seated--much better
rotation work, lunge positions, more lumbar work than normal
eye movements worked into various lunge positions

1 spike at 5:20pm

lifting started at about 6:30pm after Z

Angled I Phase lunges to front

done for 3 sets

DB Hammers (rt lunge, rt rotation)

35 x 8/8 (Left lunge only)
EZ bar curls (standing, eyes down on conc motion)
65 x13
65 x 7 FAST

DB Neutral bench alt 45 x 10/10 // fast push ups to knee high smith machine
bar BW x 6 (hands come up off bar about 6inches)

Med Ball overhead smash
5kg? x 7 tested good actually
