Felt pretty beat up today
work up with a slight kink in the left side of my neck
Z off and on during the whole day
proteolytic enzymes at 10 tabs 2Xs dur day
stress level stupid high
worked on cleaning my desk and getting inbox back to zero (GTD style)
did research work also
in bed by 10:30pm
