3_22 Deadlifts and eye work

saccades in DL position
365 X 0--missed, felt dizzy
walked around more
365 X 1 ---sloooooow (8, 5)

Alt-ed with KB press
16 kg X 13/13
16 kg X 11/11 (in rt lunge position)

KB Snatch
25 Kg X 25/25 time 2:12 (self time) felt like crap
hams and glutes--youch.

Overall did not feel very good. Movement stayed ok, but work capacity was horrible.

Note--saccades don't seem to be helping at all
