Slept 8.5 hours last night
AM weight 205.5--new low (recently), but carbs have been lower too.
Just a light day today and maybe some KB work if I feel up to it and have time. Probably just a walk or tennis with Jodie
How it went--Felt tired, Z 15 min over lunch, added in a serving of Power Drive and felt better. Relaxed at night low cal/low CHO day.
