PM Sesison--Trap Bar DLs and Chins
Snatch hold at top position
Sparky x 12 sec iso hold L and R

Trap Bar with blue chains
135+chains x 5
225 +chains x5
275 + chains x 2

Chin ups (neutral spine, bar to clavical)
BW x 5

BW + 20 lbs chains X 2

Feeling really good, just a bit tired at night and behind on everything else! Need to make sure t get my food made on the weekends!
