AM weight 207
Somehow dropped about 3 lbs in about 36 hours and feel much better. When my weight jumps up it normally correlates with me feeling like dog poo and looking like a bloated fish. Hmmmm
Slept 10 hours last night and had one serving of PowerDrive this AM on empty stomach, felt great the rest of the day! Sleep is good.
15 minutes of Z Health outside in the SUN!! Love the big bright thing in the sky.

335 and chains x 1 good form, but swayed a bit side to side---tall spine!!

played around with some rope work
hammer rope KB curls, neutral rope "pull ups", BW chins and hold X 2, slow ecc
